a. Data You Provide Directly When you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, subscribe to our newsletter, or apply to join our partner/specialist network, we may collect: name, email address, phone number, company name and role, and any other information you choose to share with us.
b. Data Collected Automatically When you browse the Site, we automatically collect certain technical data through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the Site. See our Cookies Policy for more detail.
c. Data From Third Parties If you are referred to us by a partner or specialist firm, we may receive limited information about you from that third party for the purpose of facilitating an introduction or engagement.

  • Performance of a contract — to provide advisory, mentoring, board, or C-Level services you have engaged us for, and to coordinate with partner firms in our execution network.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate, secure, and improve the Site and our Services, and to respond to inquiries, provided these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
  • Legal obligation — where processing is necessary to comply with Dutch or EU law.

3. How We Share Your Data
We may share your personal data with:

  • Partner and specialist firms in our Growth Hub network engaged to help execute a client's strategy, limited to what is necessary for that purpose;
  • Service providers (processors) who perform functions on our behalf (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), under a data processing agreement consistent with Article 28 GDPR;
  • Legal or regulatory authorities, where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

4. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations (including Dutch tax and administrative retention requirements), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is securely deleted or anonymized.
